A limited number of booths are available to Chinese and international companies and |

organizations. |

About 60% of the booths have already been booked by last year's exhibitors. The booths will be
|
|
sold on a first come, first reserved basis. |

9 sqm booth: USD 3,000

Regulations on Booth Design
|
|
a. No freestanding fitment may exceed a height of 2.48 meters or extend beyond the boundaries of
|
|
the site. No painting, wallpapering of the Standard Booth panels will be allowed. No exhibit should
|
|
be placed in the passage, otherwise exhibits will be confiscated by organizer.
|
|
b. Company logo is not included in the basic booth setup.
|
|
c. If additional furniture or appliance needed, please rent at Beijing CIEC International Exhibition
|
|
Construction Co., Ltd. (See attached Sheet 10, page 24)
|
|
d. Without permission of exhibition center and organizer, no additional booth setup or display may
|
|
be attached to the Standard Booth structure (no nailing, drilling).
|
|
e. No additional light will be allowed to install in the booth. If additional light needed, please contact
|
|
China International Exhibition Center and pay the related fees. Otherwise additional light installation
|
|
will be dismantled by China International Exhibition Center.
|
|
f. Money will not be refunded no matter basic furniture and appliance is used or not.
