If you’re visitor from abroad and need VISA Invitation,First, note that you need
VISA Invitation when preregister online.
|

Second, provide the information correctly, including name, gender, nationality,
company name, job title, passport number etc.
|
|
Third, please wait for our mail of VISA Invitation to you. |
|
Forth, go to Embassy or Consulate in your country to apply for your VISA with the
VISA Invitation; |

1.It takes time to get VISA Invitation. So please register beforehand. |
|
2.Some Embassies only accept original VISA Invitation rather than copy or fax, if
you need original one, please contact us beforehand.

On site service during the exhibition:
|
|
1. You will find our information counter in the visitor registration area. You can
also find us at the service centear throughout the exhibition site.
|
|
2. For better communication between exhibitors and visitors, we provide you with
interpreter hiring service. |
|
3. There'll be business center in the hall for your convenience. The service include
copying, printing, e-mail, telephone, internet and IP card selling. |

Accommodation and Information: |

We provide you with hotel recommendation service as well as suggestions and information
on traffic, sightseeing.
